Lexy Norindr

Alexandra Norindr M.S. L.Ac, (Lexy) holds a Masters of Science from Tri-State College of Acupuncture. Her training and style incorporates three styles of acupuncture, which can be used for a wide range of ailments and disorders. Depending on the nature of the problem and the constitution of the individual, she might pull from any one of these methods or use herbs or other holistic modalities as adjunctive internal or energetic medicine.

Lexy’s additional training includes a teaching certification in classical hatha yoga and she maintains a clinical apprenticeship in Japanese “Kampo” herbal medicine.

Besides her private practice, Lexy’s prior clinical experience includes working at New Clinic for integral medicine and psychiatry, the Gay Man’s Health Crisis (GMHC) working with those who are infected with HIV/AIDS, and a high volume integrative pain clinic.

Prior to studying Chinese medicine Lexy worked as a graphic designer and art director, spent a brief period at California Western School of Law, and received a BFA from the School of Visual Arts.

 

Yukiko Naoi M.S. L.Ac, holds a Masters of Science from Tri-State College of Acupuncture. Her interest in complicated disorders and previous work in medical technology, led her to the study of Chinese Medicine.

Yukiko completed a post-graduate internship in the Integrative Therapies Program for Children with Cancer at Columbia University Medical Center, and has worked in a high volume community clinic where she was able to treat a variety of conditions. She integrates three styles of acupuncture – Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture Physical Medicine, and Kiiko Matsumoto’s style of Japanese Acupuncture.

Yukiko also holds a Masters Degree of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and presently continues her industrial design career in medical and consumer products.
